- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
3. Local Pickup / Delivery (if applicable)
If you’re located within Gwinnett, Dekalb, Walton and Rockdale Counties in Georgia we offer:
- Local Pickup: Free pickup available by appointment. You will receive pickup instructions via email.
- Local Delivery: Available within 15 miles of Loganville GA for a flat fee of $20.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing:

- Include photos of the damaged package/item and your order number
